In general, two schemes of synchronous rectifier and asynchronous rectifier are used for quick charging. Non-synchronous rectification which used schottky diode scheme has obvious advantages of simple circuit compared with synchronous rectification scheme. Under the conditions of low power output, high frequency and high voltage output, Schottky diode rectification scheme has more efficiency advantages. Schottky diodes produced by our company adopt advanced trench technology, which has lower on-state voltage drop and high temperature leakage current.
